To activate your LED Fancy Fan, press the black button located on the battery pack at top of the handle. Set your fan on one of the seven different light functions! Refunds and returns are only made for defective merchandise or shortages.Shortages: Any order that is shipped incomplete will be completed. Notification of shortages or incomplete order with missing items must be made within 3 days of receipt of merchandise.Defective merchandise: If any merchandise is defective, we will replace it. Shipping charges are not refundable. Notification of defective merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. We may require that the defective merchandise be returned. DO NOT return any merchandise without first getting a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.Returning unused product: If you need to return unused product, you will be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the value of the returned product that we determines to be usable.
